Eid Ul-Adha Oulu 2026: The Crew Recruitment

1,500 People. One Stadium. One Community.
This year, we are taking the Eid Prayer to the Heinäpää Stadium, and we need a world-class team to make it happen. We are building a structured volunteer force of 60 leaders to manage everything from the "mini fest" activities & Kids Zone to Food stalls.
The Commitment:
Date: May 26th or May 27th, 2026 (will be updated based on the moon sighting)
Shift: 07:00 to 13:00
The Perks: Professional experience in large-scale events ops, an official volunteer certificate for your CV, and full access to Oulu's biggest Eid production.
Venue Tour: Zone leads will be given a venue tour of their responsibilities at the venue on 23rd and 24th May, 2026 (both days).
Note: The prayer for the volunteers will be at 07:00.
Schedule:
07:00 - 07.30 - Volunteers' Eid prayer
07:30 - 08:00 - Briefing, preparing the venue, volunteers going to their assigned places
08:00 - 09:00 - Arrival of participants; crowd management and parking.
09:00 - 09:45- Eid prayer and khutbah
10:00 - 12:00 - Activities, Food, Socializing, and Stands
12:00 - 13:00 - Cleaning the venue
🚀 After the event—The Barakah Gathering:
To celebrate our hard work, all volunteers are invited to a private, fully funded after-party the day following the event. Food, beverages, and networking are on us! Please collect your tickets from the zone leads.
Note: The Barakah gathering tokens can be used only on the given date and time.
